Return and Refund Policy

 

At Sunday Mall, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service to our wholesale customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

       The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

       The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

       Certain items, such as clearance, customized, or perishable products, are non-returnable and will be indicated as such at the time of purchase.

 

2. Return Process

 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@sundaymall.in or call +919137015308 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization.

       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

3. Refunds 

Refunds will be processed as follows:

            Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your               refund.

       Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

       Deductions: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

 

4. Exchanges 

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To request an exchange, follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like a replacement instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

       Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

       Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.

       We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, as applicable.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

       Clearance or final sale items

       Customized or personalized products

       Perishable goods (e.g., food items, plants)

       Items not purchased directly from Sunday Mall’s wholesale website

 

7. Cancellations

            Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

       After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
